I am passionate about transforming businesses to gain higher competitive advantage. This includes reviewing key business areas and proposing relevant changes to their digital marketing, technology platforms and organisational structure. As an experienced digital leader, I have been involved in the strategic definition and delivery of digital projects and services for over a decade. My most recent clients included Google, Nivea, Michelin, Optident (part of Henry Schein), Eurocamp and United Utilities.
Commercially focused, I can offer the confidence to manage significant digital development and marketing budgets to achieve agreed business targets. I have a wealth of external and internal stakeholders management experience up to and as part of board level in established organisations.
Having lived, worked and study in England, Germany and in South America, I am able to lead projects with multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
My academic qualifications include certifications from Harvard Business School and Oxford University Business School.
Also, a degree in International Business, European Marketing Consultancy, Project Management Professional including Prince2 Practioner status. And, a BEng (Honors) in Computer Sciences and a Master in Science (MSc) in Strategic Leadership and Change Management.
